Swash Labs is seeking an organized and highly adaptable Marketing Coordinator to provide complex, high-level administrative coordination in support of our full creative team. This position will be interacting with both internal and external contacts utilizing exceptional interpersonal skills while managing a high volume of varied, detail-oriented duties.
As our interim Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, with desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. You will manage tasking within our project management software for day-to-day workflow.
There is a possibility of a continued position with Swash Labs at the conclusion of the temporary period.
A successful Marketing Coordinator will:
Manage production, stay knowledgeable of project scope, assess project risk (communicating problems, delays to Account Services), and ensure that the output addresses the briefs.
Manage day-to-day workflow across the shop by setting clear expectations for tasks and deliverables.
Manage client assets once they’ve been received.
Ensure timeliness of deadlines and milestones.
Enforce quality control processes for all deliverables.
Encourage positive, professional, and constructive collaboration
Manage project and account on-boarding tasking.
Manage Special Projects, as needed.
Coordinate with Director of Media & Planning and Creative Director (or Creative Group Head).
Create and maintain project documentation, and make recommendations on next developments.
Oversee CRM and related software transitions or recommendations (in-house).
Manage and execute internal social promotional activity.
Coordinate internal video shoots and video production as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications/Journalism, Creative Writing, Graphic Design (or working equivalent)
1-3 years of advertising/marketing experience (corporate/in-house or agency)
Project Management experience (any methodology)
Digital marketing, creative and production management, resource management and quality control experience
Understanding of complex digital design and development
Ability to act independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrated knowledge of office best practices, coupled with in-person and virtual etiquette (including phone and email correspondence)
Strong attention to detail
Be highly adaptive to change; work well under pressure and deadlines
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Google Drive, Docs and Sheets
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Flexibility to adapt to quick changes in direction
Outgoing and confident
Strong desire to learn and contribute
