Stephanie, or DJ Li’l Taste, brings an extensive skill set to the Swash Labs table. She has experience in logistics, expediting, planning, and psychology, which is invaluable for building audiences and predicting consumer behavior. She knows what makes Swash Labs special and isn’t afraid to say it:

“We make work we don’t get tired of experiencing.”

Stephanie is a little bit of a data nerd and all about this job. She uses this emoji {:flushed:} a lot and we think it covers a very wide range of emotions, but we are never entirely sure.

Steph’s journey to awesome started in the small town of Poughkeepsie, NY. At age fifteen her family relocated to Austin, where she started making art and writing poetry. To this day she continues to flex her creativity through theatre and music. Stephanie has mastered a little bit of everything: earning a degree in Music and Business Management from Berklee College of Music, sharing a byline in Rolling Stone Magazine, co-winning Outmusic’s Song of the Year with Justin Tranter, and recently receiving her second B Iden Payne Award for Outstanding Stage Management. Somehow she still has time to work out at the gym constantly and has a thing for weightlifting. We can barely keep up.
